Privacy Policy

Baby Nola is operated by NGANKWE LTD. This page explains what we collect when you visit babynola.com or place an order, why we collect it, and who else sees it.

What we collect

When you place an order. Your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and the contents of your order. We need these to take payment, ship your parcel and contact you about it.

When you pay. Your card details are entered directly into a form hosted by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, the last four digits of the card and its brand.

When you browse. We keep an anonymous record of pages viewed, the country and region you browse from, whether you are on a phone or a computer, and which site referred you. This record uses an identifier derived from your IP address and browser that is re-generated every day and cannot be reversed. Your IP address itself is never stored, and the identifier cannot be linked across days or to your order.

Who else sees your data

  • Stripe — processes your payment. See Stripe’s own privacy policy for how they handle card data.
  • Our fulfilment partner — receives your name, shipping address and the items ordered, so your parcel can be dispatched. They receive nothing else, and only once payment has been confirmed.
  • The United States Census Bureau geocoder — receives the address you type at checkout so we can confirm it is deliverable. It is a free public service and does not receive your name, email or order.
  • Our hosting provider — stores the site and its database.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

We use cookies to remember your cart between pages and to keep your session alive while you check out. Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Orders and the details attached to them are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. The anonymous browsing records described above are deleted automatically after 400 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting data attached to a completed order may not be possible where we are legally required to keep records of a sale. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
